Description of Provided Services

Provision of consulting services assessing proposals in the context of the "Technical Assistance for the Evaluation Committee of IPA 2010 Sustainable Civil Society" Project. The evaluations will be based on the guidelines of the European program «IPA 2010 Sustainable Civil Society». In particular, the evaluation of the proposals taking into account the relevance and design of actions each proposal based on EU directives, its sustainability, whether it is effective and economically feasible. Furthermore, it was assessed whether the proposals comply with the objectives of the program. The purpose of assessing every proposal is accompanied by comments of each activity, the score and summary as well as the weaknesses and strengths of it.
