Imerolia - Provision of services for the clarification of the conditions under which the Imerolia Port, which is located on the northeast side of Corfu, may be granted to private investors.

Description of Provided Services

Detailed overview of the current legislation, the regulatory framework of the Imerolia Port, the framework under which it can be licensed as a tourist port,  presentation of the results to the legal representative of the client, consultations with the central government (Ministries and stakeholders involved) aiming at investigating the intentions of the stakeholders of the Imerolia Port, consultations with the Managing Director and executives of OLKE and elaboration of a final report with the following contents: the description of the institutional framework, minutes from the above mentioned meetings and the conclusions reached for the concession of Imerolia Port.
