Project Description

Provision of Event Planning and Support Services for the Final Event of the JOYNEET project of the Europe for Citizens programme 2014-2020 and accompanying actions according to the foreseen agenda.

The JoyNeet project (Job Opportunities for Youth with the Network of European Towns) aims to enhance the participation of young under-represented citizens from small communities in the decision making process at a local and European level, through workshops on EU policy topics and youth mobility initiatives.

Description of Provided Services

The company provides the following services:
  • Accommodation and Meals for JoyNeet partners
  • Renting of JoyNeet conference rooms and equipment
  • Transportation and Guided tours for the partners
  • Provision of a Reception for participants
  • Production of Supporting Materials for the conference (banners, leaflets, etc.)
  • Administrative/Secretarial Support of the JoyNeet Final Meeting
  • Interpretation/Translation Services for JoyNeet partners
